Pacific Life is seeking a Sr. Implementation Associate II to lead the onboarding of complex PRT and DCLI transactions in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA. You will drive successful implementations, partner with Sales, Pricing, and Operations, and enhance client experiences.

The role requires 8+ years in retirement services, strong program management, and the ability to mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a collaborative culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in retirement services or related fields.
• Experience leading complex client implementations and onboarding projects.
• Experience with Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), Defined Benefit plans, Defined Contribution Lifetime Income (DCLI).
• Ability to build internal partnerships and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for complex PRT and DCLI transactions and ensure smooth transition to Pacific Life platforms.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for plan sponsors, consultants, and key stakeholders during implementation and ongoing support.
• Improve SE&I processes by establishing best practices, controls, service standards, and governance for growth and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve implementation capabilities, operational effectiveness, scalability, and client experience.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across Sales, Pricing, Operations, Compliance, and Technology.
