Job summary

Florida Blue seeks a seasoned Implementation Lead to drive large group implementations and renewals across Local 100+, Public and Natl/Major Accounts segments. You will coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, and partners to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a Florida 2-15 license. Hybrid work arrangement with competitive pay and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience.
• Florida Health and Life Insurance License (2-15) upon hire.
• Experience with large groups and sales processes.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large group implementations and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely implementations.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines and action plans.
• Track progress, issues and post-implementation activities.
• Engage with sales, underwriting and service teams to optimize processes.
