Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Premier is searching for a dynamic Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation of our client’s groundbreaking SaaS product. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless onboarding and successful adoption for a range of Enterprise Customers.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Journey: Lead full-cycle implementations from kickoff to post-launch support for enterprise customers.
• Partner with Purpose: Understand client goals and tailor onboarding strategies to meet their unique business needs.
• Be the Expert: Act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers through adoption, configuration, and best practices.
• Streamline & Simplify: Help clients optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and get the most out of their investment.
• Solve Smart: Proactively identify challenges, mitigate risks, and continuously improve our implementation playbook.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
• Train & Empower: Deliver compelling training and support that drives engagement and long-term success.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience driving SaaS software solutions implementation, in a client-facing consultative role.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, and Problem-Solving
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work Independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and Relationship-Building Skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience launching new-to-market SaaS products
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes or financial operations.
