Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first startup redefining assurance software for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit. As an Implementation Consultant you’ll join the go-to-market team to onboard new customers quickly using Fieldguide Accelerator and work with Success, Engineering, Product and Sales to ensure rapid value realization.

You’ll build trust with customers, guide their adoption plans, cultivate champions, advocate for their needs, mitigate risks, and document outcomes across onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing and controls documentation.
• Experience in technology consulting or onboarding at top firms or startups.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to drive business value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by maintaining regular engagement through all implementation phases.
• Guide growth by creating and executing plans to meet customer goals during onboarding.
• Build champions and expand Fieldguide knowledge across customer teams.
• Advocate for the customer by relaying needs to Engineering, Product, Design, and Sales.
• Mitigate risks with proactive actions and clear contingency plans.
• Measure and document progress with value realization and adoption tracking.
