Responsibilities

• Implements complex new products and services for clients, including analysis of requirements and gathering deliverables for implementation.
• Maintains client-specific operating procedures and provides sales or consultative support in select deals.
• Coordinates data for pre-implementation validation and may lead implementation work by other staff.
• Analyzes and documents client requirements while following established processes.
• Acts as escalation point to resolve implementation challenges and ensure positive client experiences.
• Manages multiple complex implementations and coordinates stakeholder meetings.
