AbbVie is seeking an Immunology Forecasting Lead to develop accurate forecasting for the immunology portfolio, partnering with Commercial, Finance, and Analytics to translate market dynamics into actionable assumptions. You will own annual planning, LBE, LRP, portfolio planning, and month-end close support, building scalable forecasting processes and communicating insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, sales or demand forecasting, FP&A, analytics, or related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and communicate complex forecasts with structured methodologies.
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Develop and deliver commercial sales and volume forecasts for the immunology portfolio across annual planning, LBE, LRP, portfolio planning, and actuals reporting.
Build and document forecast assumptions using market dynamics, competition, historical data, and pricing considerations.
Evaluate business scenarios, risks, opportunities, and communicate methodologies and recommendations to leadership.
Support month-end close through variance analysis and management commentary.
Provide ad hoc forecasting and analytical support for strategic initiatives and leadership requests.
Improve forecast accuracy and transparency through enhanced processes and tools.
Support adoption of forecasting systems through training and documentation.
