Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Immunogenetics and Transplant Diagnostics (ITD) unit seeks a senior clinical manager to lead daily lab operations across sites in Boston. You will oversee staffing, quality, safety and regulatory compliance for high-complexity histocompatibility testing, coordinating with pathology leadership and research teams.

You will drive process improvements, manage budgets, and collaborate with transplant physicians, IT, and compliance colleagues to support urgent clinical decisions

Qualifications

CLIA qualifications for general supervisor for high complexity laboratory
Experience leading large histocompatibility laboratories supporting multi-hospital transplant programs and organ procurement organizations (OPO)
Expertise across regulatory compliance and quality management in clinical labs

Responsibilities

Oversee daily lab operations, staffing, workflow, quality and safety
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements
Coordinate clinical trials and data management with investigators and QA teams
Lead staffing, training, competency assessment and continuing education
