Full Job Description:
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation and filing of a variety of family, humanitarian, employment, and investment-based visas (I-130, N400, I-918, I-751, I-485, etc.)
- Prepare draft applications, petitions, letters, and affidavits.
- Coordinates filing of applications and petitions, translations of foreign documents, and equivalency evaluation of foreign degrees.
- Provides additional support as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 2+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal.
- An ideal candidate possesses a familiarity with the H 1B, E2, and L 1 visas process, RFE responses, TN visas, changes of status, extensions, ETC.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must have excellent verbal communication and ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency, or fluency, in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish, Hindi, or Punjabi, is preferred but not required.
