BCG Attorney Search in Medford, MA seeks a senior immigration attorney to lead complex family-based matters, waivers, and removal defense.

You will handle USCIS and EOIR filings, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the department while delivering client-centered counsel.

J.D. and MA bar admission required; bilingual Spanish/Portuguese a plus; competitive benefits and professional development.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of substantial immigration law experience.
• Expertise in USCIS filings, EOIR hearings, and consular processing.
• Ability to manage a complex caseload autonomously.
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish preferred; both languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership and client counseling skills.
• Experience with case management systems and cloud-based tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex immigration cases, including waivers, appeals, and removal defense.
• Represent clients before USCIS and EOIR, leading hearings and interviews.
• Develop and oversee high-level case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents and evidence packets.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals.
