Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HELS attorneys and staff providing immigration services.
• Oversee representation before USCIS, EOIR, and related courts.
• Develop procedures to ensure legal compliance and prevent malpractice.
• Deliver orientations and educational materials on immigration rights.
