Job summary

You will guide policy and ensure high professional standards. The ideal candidate has a J.D., at least 8 years post-JD immigration experience with supervisory duties, and federal court exposure, along with admission to practice in a U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 8 years post-JD legal work experience, including significant immigration experience, with supervisory experience.
• Federal court experience.
• Licensed and authorized to practice law in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia, and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage, assign, and track OSA's immigration case work.
• Develop and lead efforts to improve immigration case processing.
• Supervise immigration staff attorneys.
• Maintain substantive knowledge of legal issues.
• Participate in hiring, training, and office administration.
• Collaborate with office leadership and other court units.
