Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive imaging supervisory or management experience.
• Familiarity with CPT codes and reimbursement guidelines.
• Licenses and certifications dependent on modality.
• Strong computer skills for management reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites with imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities of multiple supervisors while operating as working manager when needed.
• Ensure PACS, IDXRAD, BAR interfaces are leveraged; coordinate with IT.
• Assist with site analyses for expansion and budgeting input.
• Oversee CPT coding updates and annual charge master reviews.
• Support hiring processes and staff development; lead safety initiatives.
• Handle patient, physician, and staff complaints; monitor service levels.
• Review competencies; update policies; conduct annual reviews.
• Optimize staffing and productivity; coordinate with HR on compensation.
• Monitor supply costs; work with purchasing on vendor contracts.
• Lead process improvement using PDSA cycles; implement at least two per year.
