Job summary

Marshall Medical Centers seeks a Radiology Department Coordinator to supervise a range of ionizing radiation procedures and coordinate staff and equipment for efficient diagnostic services. The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory experience and a working knowledge of budget preparation and cost control, with radiologic tech training

Qualifications

• Completion of Radiologic Technology training or military radiologic tech training.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of budget preparation and cost control required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform ionizing radiation procedures in the Radiology Department.
• Coordinate activities, personnel and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Radiologist and other departments to maintain workflow for patient benefit; may cover inpatient/outpatient at offsite locations.
