Qualifications

• Requires an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in medical electronics or imaging service technology; CRES preferred but not required.
• Three+ years of experience maintaining nuclear medicine, diagnostic x-ray, therapeutic x-ray, ultrasound, or radiation therapy equipment.
• Must possess specialized training by manufacturer or third party; knowledge of radiation physics, medical terminology, and relevant regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs planned maintenance and corrective maintenance on imaging equipment across the facility.
• Coordinates repairs with vendors and users; orders parts within guidelines.
• Provides training and on-call coverage as needed; maintains high customer satisfaction.
