Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in Woodland Park, NJ seeks an Imaging Facility Manager to lead a multi-modality outpatient imaging center. This senior, hands-on role oversees clinical quality, staff, regulatory compliance, patient experience, and financial performance, with autonomy to drive growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings deep MRI, X-ray, and DEXA expertise, proven leadership, and a track record in accreditation, safety programs, vendor coordination, and strategic oversight

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and MRI (MR) required; NJ licensure.
• Experience leading outpatient diagnostic imaging operations with MRI, X-ray, and DEXA.
• Proven leadership, regulatory, and quality/compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for MRI, X-ray, and DEXA services to ensure high quality imaging.
• Oversee compliance with NJ regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and workflow optimization to improve throughput.
• Ensure safe IV contrast practices and staff competency; manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain imaging equipment QA, preventive maintenance, and regulatory readiness.
