Job summary

VTG in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager (ILS) to lead the Navy AN/SQQ-89 USW lifecycle support. You will own schedules, conduct LORA/RCM, and coordinate with NAVSUP/AEL teams to ensure readiness across all configurations.

The role requires 15+ years of ILS/logistics experience on Navy surface ship systems, a DoD SECRET clearance, and a relevant engineering or logistics degree. Master’s degree may substitute five years of experience.

Qualifications

• DoD SECRET clearance required for this role.
• 15+ years of ILS/logistics experience on Navy surface ship combat systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or related technical field.
• Experience with AN/SQQ-89 or comparable surface ship sonar/combat system preferred.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388 ILS requirements and NAVSEA documentation standards.
• Experience authoring or managing NAVSEA acquisitions in an ILS context.
• Direct experience with ICAPS-CS provisioning database, FLIS, and APL/AEL management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AN/SQQ-89 integrated product schedule and ECP data sheets.
• Lead RCM and FMECA analyses to justify maintenance interval changes across hull configurations.
• Develop and maintain Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs) and Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs).
• Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and support depot certification activities.
• Manage provisioning and supply support strategy across configurations including PTD via ICAPS-CS.
• Execute FLIS screening, APL/AEL preparation and maintenance, ILO and SNADS waterfront support.
• Coordinate with NAVSUP and TSA for NSN establishment; manage ILS audits and OMMS-NG data.
• Lead PHS&T transportation planning and EC kit material coordination.
• Support Configuration Management including CSA database, ECO routing, and CDMD-OA accuracy.
• Interface with PEO IWS 5.0 program office, PCO/COR, and Government ILS lead at QPRs and ILS Working Groups.
