Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist II to lead logistics activities for military simulation and training programs.

The role involves developing ILS plans, analyzing logistics data, and coordinating with government counterparts. This position requires extensive experience with ILS, cost analysis, and documentation, with oversight responsibilities and collaboration across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business field with 4+ years of military or civilian logistics experience.
• Knowledge of simulator systems development, Integrated Master Schedule, Configuration Management, and Integrated Logistics Support.
• Experience with life cycle cost analysis and logistics engineering tools like Windchill Risk and Reliability, PUB LOG FLIS, PIEE, DOORs, RelEx, and OPUS10.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data bases; ability to analyze data and communicate findings.
• Ability to present to management and customer stakeholders; strong written and verbal skills.
• Familiarity with GIDEP and reading complex technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated logistics support plans and records.
• Prepare status and progress reports for leadership and government counterparts.
• Create logistics material for design reviews and meetings.
• Recommend and implement logistics improvements and analysis results.
• Coordinate analyses to integrate logistics in the design process.
• Review engineering docs, CDRLs, SDRLs, and Statements of Work.
