Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Logistics Principal in Patuxent River, MD to lead ILS across multiple FMS cases, coordinating with U.S. Navy/NAVSEA and international partners.

You will manage provisioning, configuration, and sustainment planning for EMALS, AAG, and related equipment, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of logistics products. Key responsibilities include developing ILS programs, managing data in CMPRO/ICAPS, and supporting IPTs/TIMs with metrics to guide long‑term sustainment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum).
• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of related logistics or ILS experience.
• Experience with DoD/Navy logistics principles and life-cycle management.
• Proficient with MBPS, CMPRO, ICAPS, CDMD-OA or equivalent tools.
• Experience with FMS programs or international defense logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365: Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute ILS elements across FMS cases.
• Coordinate sustainment deliverables with PMA-251, NAVAIR, and customers.
• Maintain ILS certification packages and configuration databases.
• Update provisioning work packages and liaise with NAVSUP on data in ICAPS/ILIT.
• Monitor shipments, installation, and readiness; coordinate issue resolution.
• Contribute to ILS logistics plans and DoD/NAVAIR/FMS standards.
• Participate in IPTs, TIMs, PMRs to provide logistics input.
• Develop reports and dashboards tracking FMS deliverables.
• Analyze LOR requirements to propose ILS plans.
