Job summary

Atlas Tech in North Charleston is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Lead to plan, implement, and manage ILS for Navy C4I systems. You will serve as the primary logistics authority, coordinating sustainment, configuration management, and data integrity across program records and IPTs.

The role requires deep Navy logistics expertise, DoD environment experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in supply chain and lifecycle processes for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Navy C4I logistics experience in DoD environments.
• DAU Life Cycle Logistics certification or equivalent.
• Security clearance: DoD Secret with SSBI/T5 current; TS/SCI desired.
• Proven ability to lead ILS and coordinate across IPTs and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Navy logistics and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ILS Lead and primary logistics authority for end-to-end sustainment.
• Develop and maintain COP records and configuration baselines.
• Use CDMD-OA to manage configuration data and changes.
• Develop MBPS logistics data for sustainment planning and lifecycle tracking.
• Track EOL and sustainment status using Q-Star; lead DMSMS mitigation.
• Utilize CMPro for hardware asset tracking and DD1149 documentation.
• Provide ILS for ship and shore-based Navy systems aligning with program requirements.
• Conduct inventory audits, manage asset accountability, and disposition.
• Report metrics to PMW 790 and interface with NAVIFOR and engineering teams.
