Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an ILD Sales Consultant to execute ILD sales and marketing plans with targeted clinics and specialists. Travel nationwide is required and you will work across teaching and community hospitals.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain ILD product knowledge, and support patient management discussions while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience; 2+ years in Specialty/Pulmonary preferred.
• Strong communications skills are required to perform the job satisfactorily.
• Ability to travel with overnights and some weekend programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ILD product knowledge and uses selling skills to influence ILD health care professionals and execute brand strategies.
• Establishes effective communication with internal teams and ILD HCPs; pre-call plans and follow-up discussions.
• Identifies ILD business needs and develops territory plans with cross-functional support.
• Analyzes territory data and adapts to local market conditions; supports regional speaker programs.
