Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience for I level; more for II/Sr levels.
• Strong communications skills required to perform the job satisfactorily.
• Ability to travel with overnights and some weekend programs.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintains product knowledge and uses selling skills to influence health care professionals.
• Executes brand strategies and maintains consistent sales/marketing messaging.
• Develops pre-call plans and builds discussion around HCP needs and opportunities.
• Analyzes territory information to optimize HCP calls and reacts to local market conditions.
• Manages programs and budgets within BI standards and coordinates with internal stakeholders.
