Bank of America seeks an experienced software engineer to lead real-time IIDR data replication across mainframe and midrange environments. You will design and optimize IIDR pipelines, ensure DB2 and Kafka interoperability, and mentor teams on CI/CD and testing practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IBM IIDR real-time data replication in mainframe and midrange environments.
• Deep IIDR knowledge across z/OS and Linux/Red Hat.
• Strong Unix scripting, JCL, DB2 for z/OS, and RACF.
• Experience tuning IIDR performance and parallelism.
• Hands-on IIDR Access Server and Management Console.
• Proven debugging IIDR logs and related DB2/UNIX logs.
• Experience with Kafka integration and Confluent ecosystem.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps.

Responsibilities
