You will own converter architecture, digital/analog controls, magnetics design, and MIL-spec compliance across environmental, electrical, and EMI/EMC domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with MIL-spec environmental and EMI/EMC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Creates designs within inter-disciplinary teams to address complex product design and manufacturing challenges.
• Leads feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
• Develops testing, engineering analysis, qualification testing, production launch.
• Responsible for failure analysis investigations and engineering evaluations.
• Maintains product documentation and produces design reports, test reports, operating manuals and test procedures.
• Leads a team that includes senior engineers/managers for engaging with customers on specifications, schedule, and budget.
