Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an IGA Principal Engineer to build and operate enterprise identity governance, authentication, and authorization services across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable identity architecture and controls.

Role emphasizes hands-on engineering with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance, AD, and Microsoft Entra ID, plus SSO, MFA, and RBAC. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years IT or cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years hands-on with IGA/IAM environments.
• Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance and AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with identity lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, and segregation-of-duties.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and operate enterprise IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance).
• Engineer identity lifecycle workflows for joiners, movers, leavers and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Implement and maintain access requests, approval workflows, access certification, RBAC, and SD enforcement.
• Configure authoritative sources, identity reconciliation, and identity data quality remediation.
• Implement SSO, MFA, federation, and risk-based authentication using SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect/SCIM.
• Develop PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and SCIM automations to onboard apps to IGA services.
• Produce identity reporting, integration governance, and audit evidence for access controls.
• Troubleshoot IGA and directory issues; support SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF compliance.
