Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an experienced leader to own the enterprise non-human identity security strategy, roadmap, and governance. You will establish access controls for API credentials and AI agent identities, and support compliance programs across SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF through risk reporting.

You will implement discovery for service accounts and secrets, deploy Vault/Conjur/Key Vault/Venafi, manage PKI lifecycles, and automate credential rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 8 years in identity, cloud, or cybersecurity, including 3+ years in machine/non-human identity security.
• Hands-on with Vault, Conjur, Key Vault, Venafi or comparable platforms.
• Experience with PKI and automated credential rotation.
• Experience securing cloud workload identities (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, IaC security, Zero Trust, least-privilege controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise non-human identity security strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Establish identity and access controls for API credentials and AI agent identities.
• Support SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF compliance via non-human identity reporting.
• Establish discovery and inventory for service accounts, secrets, certificates, keys, workloads.
• Deploy and operate secrets management and machine identity platforms.
• Manage PKI lifecycle and cert deployment to prevent outages.
• Automate secret rotation and remove embedded credentials from code/pipelines.
• Secure managed identities and cloud workloads using least-privilege and short-lived credentials.
• Integrate non-human identity controls into CI/CD, DevOps, and IaC.
