Job summary

Arcwide Inc. is seeking a Functional Consultant to introduce IFS Cloud to international customers, working with medium to large companies. You will bridge customer needs with IFS products and lead solution definitions while collaborating with a diverse team.

The role requires domain knowledge in areas like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, EAM/Service Management, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, or equivalent qualifications.
• US citizenship or permanent resident.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience using IFS Cloud in a consultant role.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Construction/Engineering, Service or Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps between the customer’s business requirements and IFS products.
• Conduct customer training sessions and workshops.
• Lead the solution definition and scope for the IFS solution.
• Guide testing and Go Live cut-over strategies.
• Understand the customer’s business, industry and local practices.
• Act as trusted advisor for customer-specific business solutions.
• Keep up to date with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Mentor IFS colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
