Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior IFS Cloud Functional Consultant to join our Supply Chain & Engineering practice. You will plan, analyze, design, and implement IFS Cloud projects, working with Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, HCM, or Asset & Service Management.

This role is on-site with clients, leading workshops, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing. Growth toward Functional Lead track is available.

Qualifications

• Experience with IFS Cloud implementations across one or more modules (Finance, SC, Manufacturing, Projects, HCM, Asset & Service).
• Proven ability to run client workshops, capture requirements, and translate them into configurations.
• On-site, client-facing consultant with ability to drive business outcomes and engage with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Part of IFS Cloud implementation projects, supporting the Functional Lead and project managers in analysis, design, and implementation phases.
• Define AS-IS/TO-BE business processes for your functional area.
• Configure IFS Cloud modules to meet requirements, support fit-gap and UAT.
• Lead workshops and translate business requirements into IFS Cloud configuration, collaborating with offshore teams.

This role will align with our Supply Chain & Engineering practice and fall under the Intelligent Asset Management capability.

Supply Chain & Engineering professionals help our clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation within their core manufacturing and operations throughout the full lifecycle of their assets. With domain expertise across consulting and technology they unlock new sources of opex and capex efficiency and effectiveness.

Intelligent Asset Management professionals are focused on improving profitability and reducing asset-related operational risk over the life cycle, by defining, developing and deploying intelligent asset management solutions (EAM, EAM cloud platforms, RBI, etc.).

The Role:

As a Senior IFS Cloud Functional Consultant, you will work as part of the functional team — under the direction of an IFS Cloud Functional Lead — to plan, analyze, design, and implement IFS Cloud projects and support our partners in business and technology transformation. In this role, you will bring hands-on IFS Cloud solution expertise for one or more functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, Human Capital Management, or Asset & Service Management, focus on driving financial and operational results for our clients, assess stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, and recommend and/or implement appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change solutions. You will be an on-site, client-facing consultant running workshops, gathering requirements, configuring the solution, and supporting testing. As you grow, this role is a direct pathway toward the Functional Lead track. The role also requires working collaboratively with the sales and leadership team on overall business development (existing and new accounts).

The Work:

• Part of IFS Cloud implementation projects, supporting the Functional Lead and project managers in the analysis, design, and implementation phases.
• Define Business Processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) for your functional area.
• Configure the solution within IFS Cloud functional modules and support requirements gathering, fit-gap, and UAT.
• Run client workshops and translate business requirements into IFS Cloud configuration, working alongside the Functional Lead and offshore development
