Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years.
- Strong experience in industrial engineering or related field.
- Technical understanding of production systems and productivity improvement.
- Proficient in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement measures to enhance productivity in production processes.
- Apply engineering processes and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Contribute to engineering strategies within key organizational fields.
- Align capacity demand with budget and investment projects.
- Support new product introduction processes including routings, fixtures, and work instructions.
- Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing and assembly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist maintenance with equipment issues.
