All Native Group, the Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc., seeks a Senior IDIQ Program Manager to lead a dispersed team delivering professional services to a federal law enforcement client in a high-visibility environment. The role emphasizes executive communication, risk management, budget oversight, and compliance with QCP/QASP, with responsibility for cost, schedule, staffing, and performance across multiple task orders.

Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of program management experience supporting Federal law enforcement; headquarters experience highly desired.
• Prior Federal law enforcement experience as an 1811 Criminal Investigator is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior program manager responsible for overall execution of the IDIQ and all awarded task orders.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to ensure effective collaboration and clear communication.
• Manage contract requirements of the PWS, including responsibility for deliverables.
• Primary point of contact for government leadership, CO, COR, and technical POCs.
• Define program goals with stakeholders and align to strategic objectives.
