Job summary

Celestar is seeking a Senior Signature Reduction Specialist to join a contract with a federal government client in support of a critical mission. You will work with a capable team to develop, review, and execute IdDM plans, ensuring alignment with DoD directives and current operations.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, 12+ years of related experience (or 17 years with a Bachelor’s as an alternative), and a Master’s degree. Target salary ranges $155,000–$160,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience related to the IdDM labor category, with recent experience preferred.
• TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance required.
• Master’s Degree with 12+ years experience or Bachelor’s +5 years of related experience, total 17 years in lieu of a Master’s.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, review, processing, and execution of Identity Data Management (IdDM) plans, annexes, policies, and directives.
• Maintains knowledge of IdDM plans to support current and future operations.
• Prepares and delivers IdDM training to support readiness.
• Performs due diligence IAW DoD policies to maintain plans and travel awareness.
• Develops responses to Signature Reduction requirements and coordinates with related organizations.
