Qualifications

• 7+ years of identity/security experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading PAM and identity governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and advancement of PAM program across UVA Health.
• Implement just-in-time access controls and privileged credential protection.
• Guide identity modernization projects and governance across the org.
• Collaborate with technology leadership to shape security strategy.
