Confiz Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support major retail clients in driving Identity Security initiatives across the enterprise IAM landscape.

This hands-on role requires delivering complex programs on time and within scope, collaborating with various stakeholders including engineering, compliance, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in managing IAM or cybersecurity programs and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project or program management experience in enterprise IT or cybersecurity environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing IAM or cybersecurity programs.
• Strong command of project management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, dependency maps, and risk registers.
• Track and report on program health, milestones, and KPIs.

Skills

Technical project or program management experience

Experience with IAM or cybersecurity programs

Platforms: BeyondTrust, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta

Agile frameworks: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban

Project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity

Master’s degree preferred for candidates with fewer than 10 years of experience
