Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead identity and access management initiatives. You will own the identity roadmap end to end, balance hundreds of requests, and deliver a prioritized plan for the next 2–4 weeks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally on identity, access management, or security platform products.
• Track record of owning a roadmap and its outcomes.
• Enough technical depth to discuss identity, access management, and security with engineers...
• Strong opinions and the backbone to defend them.
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication with audiences from engineers to executives.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the identity roadmap end to end and translate hundreds of requests into a short, defensible backlog for the next 2–4 weeks.
• Say no clearly to stakeholders when requests aren’t on the roadmap and preserve relationships.
• Make off-the-shelf tools fit Anduril by turning platforms into products.
• Lead flagship initiatives like role-based access bundles.
• Run rollouts with customer communication, change management, pilots, and adoption for every major capability shipped.
• Treat operations data as a product signal to drive improvements from feedback and tickets.
• Write PRDs, define success metrics, and report progress to engineering and leadership.
