Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc., in Washington, DC, is seeking an Identity Engineering Product Manager who will own the identity roadmap end to end and translate hundreds of requests into a clear, prioritized plan for the next 2–4 weeks and beyond.

You'll work closely with engineers and security teams to turn platforms into products, defend priorities, drive rollout strategies, and measure success with formal PRDs and metrics. This role requires clear communication and strong product judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally on identity, access management, or security platform products.
• Owns roadmap and its outcomes with direct accountability to stakeholders.
• Technical depth to discuss identity, access management, and security with engineers.
• Strong opinions and ability to defend them with data and rationale.
• Focus on how users experience internal identity tools; responsive yet firm on priorities.
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication across audiences from engineers to executives.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the identity roadmap end to end and translate hundreds of requests into a short, defensible plan.
• Say no well to stakeholders when requests aren’t on the roadmap, with rationale and relationship preservation.
• Make off-the-shelf tools fit Anduril by turning platforms into products that fit real workflows.
• Lead flagship initiatives like role-based access bundles for new hires.
• Run rollouts including launches, customer communication, pilots, and adoption for major capabilities.
• Treat ops as a product signal; use feedback to create roadmap items, self-service, or automation.
• Write PRDs, define success metrics, and report progress to engineering and leadership.
