Job summary

Prove is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to power the Identity Platform. You will design, build, and scale high-performance identity services, working on phone intelligence data signals and moving to an event-driven architecture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and influence our infrastructure roadmap. Qualifications include 6+ years in software development, strong Java skills, and experience with cloud platforms, data stores, and distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing scalable, event-driven systems.
• Proficiency with public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge (Oracle, DynamoDB).
• Experience with microservices and distributed architectures.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, maintainable code and provide technical documentation.
• Design and develop microservices in a cloud-native, distributed system.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues; participate in RFC discussions.
• Mentor teammates, review code, and drive end-to-end feature delivery.
• Collaborate across teams and support major milestones in the Owner/Helper model.
