Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a System Engineer Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator to own on-prem identity management across internal systems. You will oversee the MIM Synchronization Service, configure Management Agents, and drive automated provisioning and de-provisioning with custom extensions in C#/.NET.

Candidates should have a strong background in MIM/FIM, PowerShell, SQL Server access, and Windows Server infrastructure, with a focus on data integrity and secure lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• CWIP/C2Q Level II required within 90 days of start date.
• MS Identity Management (MIM) Tasks.
• OS/DB Patching/Maintenance.
• App Patching/Upgrades.
• Configuration Changes.
• Troubleshooting/correction/restore as needed.
• Maintain Data Integrity.
• Maintain Data Flow.
• MIM/FIM Knowledge (MIM 2016 or FIM 2010 R2).
• Advanced PowerShell - MIMWAL and workflow activities.
• SQL Server Admin - connect to MIM SQL instances.
• Windows Server Infrastructure - AD DS, DNS, GP.
• C#/.NET - custom code for Rules Extensions/workflows.
• Flat file integrations – learn quickly.
• MS SQL.
• MIM/FIM Knowledge (MIM 2016 or FIM 2010 R2).

Responsibilities

• Management - Direct oversight of the MIM Synchronization Service and MAs.
• Identify Lifecycle Automation - automate provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Declarative Provisioning - maintain synchronization rules.
• Custom Extension Development - debug DLLs in C#/.NET.
• Data Reconciliation - audit identity data across sources.
