Live Well Homecare is seeking a Senior Associate, Okta Identity Governance Engineer to support and optimize Okta governance implementations, including application onboarding, configuration, testing, and deployment. Configure lifecycle management, access reviews, entitlements, workflows, and IAM integrations while collaborating with application owners, security teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

3+ years in Identity Governance and Administration
Minimum 1 year with Okta or similar platforms
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years relevant experience
Experience with onboarding, access reviews, entitlements, workflows, and IAM integrations
Understanding of identity governance, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

Support and optimize Okta Identity Governance implementations
Configure and maintain lifecycle management, access reviews, entitlements, policies, workflows, and IAM integrations
Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and ensure smooth governance activities
