Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate Okta Identity Governance Engineer to join our Advisory Technology Organization in the United States. You will implement and optimize Okta Identity Governance solutions across applications, manage lifecycle, entitlements, and reviews, and partner with security and business teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Okta, IAM integrations, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), strong communication, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Identity Governance and Administration including Okta
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Security preferred; or 5 years of Okta/identity security experience
• Experience with onboarding, lifecycle management, entitlements, workflows and IAM integrations
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Support Okta Identity Governance implementations including onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment and optimization
• Configure and maintain Okta Identity Governance solutions including lifecycle management, access reviews, entitlements and policies
• Troubleshoot issues and support onboarding challenges for identity governance
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery
• Develop technical documentation, configuration guides and operational procedures
• Uphold a professional work environment with integrity and accountability
