Qualifications
8–12+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years focused on IAM systems.
Strong understanding of threat modeling, risk assessment, least-privilege principles.
Ability to set technical direction independently.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable authentication and authorization systems.
Own Hadrian's authentication stack including SSO, MFA, and OIDC/SAML.
Build fine-grained access control systems that scale.
Skills
Experience in identity, authentication, or authorization systems at scale
Deep expertise in auth protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML
Understanding of access control models: RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC
Designing IAM systems across multi-cloud environments
Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
