Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns across the full software lifecycle.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize being a really great people manager. Recruit, retain and coach a diverse team of Software Development Engineers.
• Set the strategic vision for the team and create roadmaps aligning with organizational goals.
• Lead the team to build new products with quality, security, and scale as top priorities.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions for full stack software.
• Delight customers by deriving innovative solutions using new technology.
