Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Sr. Manager, Identity and Access Management to lead provisioning, authentication, and security of user and machine identities. You will define and execute IAM strategy and manage the IAM team across on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities include governance, architecture, and operations for IAM, PAM, IGA, and secrets management, with 24x7 support for identity technologies. A senior security leader is needed to drive risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years in identity and access management with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience securing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong background in privileged access management in hybrid environments.
• Extensive experience with user lifecycle automation and access provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM strategy and team; align with risk and compliance.
• Develop and enforce IAM standards and governance.
• Architect and implement IAM, PAM, IGA, and secrets management.
• Provide 24x7 Tier 2/3 support for identity technologies.
