Job summary

Deloitte Global seeks an Senior Manager IAM Architect to define and drive the technical IAM strategy across on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments. You will secure identities, enable business objectives, and align with product owners on roadmaps.

You will lead design for authentication/authorization, provisioning, lifecycle management, and privileged access controls while coordinating with security, risk, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience with progressive technical leadership in a large enterprise or consulting setting.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP and modern IAM architectures.
• Experience with two major IAM technologies (e.g., Entra ID/Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present technical concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise IAM architecture, strategy, patterns, and roadmaps across authentication, authorization, lifecycle, privileged access, and protection.
• Engage in executive-level conversations to translate goals into IAM requirements and ensure scalable solutions.
• Design and implement authentication/authorization, provisioning, lifecycle management, and privileged access controls.
• Champion IAM tools and balance security, privacy, and usability in product integration.
• Architect secure integrations between IAM platforms and apps, directories, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation with security, risk, and compliance teams.
• Oversee incident response activities related to identity compromise and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Drive adoption through technical guidance, diagrams, and executive briefings; mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to prioritize roadmap items and measure outcomes.
