About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to join the SaaS Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automations within Okta and other SaaS applications, primarily using Okta Workflows. Your work will focus on streamlining identity and access management processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing security.

This position is fully in-office due to the nature of the work.
About The Team | The SaaS Management team oversees the health, optimization, and security of core SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Slack, and Identity Management platforms. The team aims to ensure seamless user experiences, efficient workflows, and cost-effectiveness by automating processes like user onboarding/offboarding and license management, thereby improving productivity and security.
About The Position's Contributions:

Manage and maintain the Okta Identity Cloud environment, including user lifecycle management, application integrations, and security policies.

Design, develop, and deploy complex Okta Workflows to automate identity and access management tasks such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, group management, password resets, and multi-factor authentication. Continuously analyze and optimize these automations for efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Integrate Okta with other systems using APIs and connectors.

Create and maintain documentation for automations and processes.

Support and troubleshoot Okta-related issues, including workflow failures, user access problems, and integration errors.

Follow security best practices and stay updated on Okta features and updates. Ensure data is backed up and available for restorations. Collaborate with application owners for seamless integration.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 5+ years in Identity and Access Management.

Pay Range
Salary: $110,000 - $124,000
The actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and performance. Benefits include health coverage, unlimited PTO, retirement plans, and other perks.
