Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Senior Identity Engineer to architect, design, and standardize Identity Management infrastructures including Active Directory, ADFS, Enterprise Authentication, Single Sign-On and Provisioning systems. The candidate will implement solutions to integrate new technology with legacy applications and support security policy compliance.

The role is remote-friendly, with Minneapolis, MN as a potential HQ location.

Qualifications

Requires 4 years college degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of proven experience with enterprise level Active Directory.
7+ years with Microsoft IAM Technologies and Entra ecosystem/SSO/Enterprise Apps.
Hands-on experience with MFA, adaptive authentication and SSO.
Experience with cloud services (O365/Azure) and APIs.
Experience designing and supporting Identity Management/Directory Services/Privilege Access technologies.

Responsibilities

Platform management for Identity and Privileged Access Management systems.
Develop custom integrations where standard plugins do not exist for Sleep Number’s applications and infrastructure.
Partner with platform teams on integration with their products.
Support ongoing security compliances initiatives.
Lead with an infrastructure-as-code mindset across multiple teams and technologies.
