Responsibilities

• Clock in & out of appropriate job operations.
• Read, interpret, and produce machined dimensions from information on engineering drawings.
• Adhere to job plans per job travelers.
• Set up and operate CNC and Manual OD and ID grind equipment with minimal supervision.
• Grinding of splined shafts and aircraft gears holding tolerances within .0001″.
• Basic maintenance of CNC grinders.
• Use precision measurement equipment to ensure first piece and production quality.
• Maintain proper documentation of SPC data.
• Consistently produce quality parts.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
• Other duties as assigned.
