Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a Senior ICT/Technology Consultant to design, execute, and manage ICT projects from concept to completion, mentoring teams and driving growth. This role requires ownership, strong technical and communication skills, and a track record in technology design.

The position supports remote or hybrid work in the United States. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 with total compensation including benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ICT/technology consulting or related fields.
• RCDD certification is required.
• Strong ownership of projects and design standards.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on ICT systems design for new construction and renovations.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare Division 27/28 specifications, construction documentation, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration support including RFI responses and submittal reviews.
• Perform QC reviews and uphold quality assurance standards; contribute to design standard improvements.
• Foster a culture of growth and innovation.
