Job summary

Interface Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior ICT Designer (MEP) in Oakland, CA with a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office). You will lead ICT design efforts across projects, coordinating SCS, ESS, AVS, DAS, ERCES and more, while mentoring teammates and collaborating with other disciplines.

The role requires 5+ years of ICT design experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong communication skills. Employee ownership and robust benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT design and related fields.
• Experience designing ICT systems including SCS, ESS, AVS, DAS, ERCES, intercom, nurse call, paging and Wi-Fi.
• Ability to update drawings per architectural directives and edit specs to align with design requirements.
• Proficiency in SD, DD, CD, CA, Closeout phases and in using Revit/AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT design efforts across multiple projects within the discipline.
• Coordinate, specify, draft, and design ICT systems per project requirements.
• Collaborate with Architectural, Civil, MEP, and Structural teams to integrate ICT designs.
