Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an ICT Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and ICT delivery teams, ensuring accurate capture and delivery of system requirements across Aftersales, eCommerce, Dealer Experience, and related domains.

You will partner with Product Owners, Operations, Finance and external vendors to drive enhancements, improve efficiency, and enable scalable, data-driven solutions that support growth and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years IT systems experience and proven Business Analyst in ICT/IT environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for new initiatives and platform improvements.
• Translate needs into functional specs, process flows, user stories, and data requirements for ICT delivery teams.
• Define and document business rules and support backlog refinement with Product Owners.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and ICT/vendor teams; collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Finance, and vendors.
