Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end ICSS projects across the full lifecycle, from engineering and procurement to testing and handover. You will coordinate with customers and global teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced communication, and a proven ability to manage scope, budgets, and schedules while optimizing cash flow. Travel up to 30% is expected as projects span multiple sites and regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
15 years’ experience in ICSS/DCS or process control systems.
10 years in Project Management and Execution, including EPC engagement, contract management, and resource management.
ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness.
Experience working with international teams.
Current US work authorization without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICSS projects across the full lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, integration, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and service handover.
Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, cost forecasts, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while optimizing profitability and cash flow.
Monitor project performance against plan, implement corrective actions, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including coordination with remote and international teams.
