Job summary

Yokogawa seeks a seasoned Project Manager for ICSS/DCS and process control systems. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinating engineering, procurement, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover with customers and cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential to manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk while ensuring on-time, on-budget results. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8-15 years’ experience in ICSS/DCS or process control systems.
• 5-8 years’ experience in Project Management and Execution, including EPC engagement, contract management, and resource management.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness.
• Experience working with international teams and culture.
• Current US work authorization without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICSS projects across the full lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, integration, testing, commissioning, and service handover.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures and cost forecasts.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while optimizing profitability and cash flow.
• Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with remote and international teams.
